Nintendo cheats and game code

GoldenEye 007 has a built-in Cheat Options menu with nearly two dozen code that are automatically activated when you meet certain objectives. These code can only be accessed by meeting the correct requirements; there are no controller code for this game.

The following code are enabled in the Cheat Options menu by completing the appropriate level on the specified difficulty level in the time allowed:

Shoot Tank Shells From Your Forehead

This glitch works only in the tank levels (Streets or Runway). You also need to switch the infinite ammo code on.

Go to the tank and climb on top. Switch your weapon to the one immediately before the tank shells. Then, while switching to the tank shells, jump off the tank. If you did it right, Bond's weapon will still be switched to tank shells -- you're ready to fire some "big ones" from your forehead.

Scroll Through Weapons Backwards

You can scroll through your weapons backwards? Simply press and hold A, then tap Z, or press them both at the same time.

Magic Box / Caverns

In the caverns you can get two assault rifles. First the radio room. There are many boxes scattered about, but only one of them is a "magic box." Shoot it and smaller boxes and computer monitors will keep flying out. Now shoot the monitors. You should now be able to get a second Assault Rifle.

The Invisible Odd Job / Archives

First, fina a spot that makes you invisible. Play the multi-plauyer mode in the Archives levels (without the radar). Choose Odd Job as your character, go into the basement, destroy one of the metal crates, make sure the top is still on, then go into the crate, duck, put your head down, and that's it. You are now invisible.

Mixed Weapons

This cheat allows you to pair up more weapons not only the ones you can pick up twice. You must have two sets of paired weapons that appear next to each other in your weapon list as well as ammo. One example of this is the Military Archives, where you can have two Dostoveis and two Klobbs. Now cycle through your weapons backwards (press and hold A, then tap the Z button) until you have two of the second set of weapons ready.

First, Press and hold A 2. Press Z twice before cycling forward 3. Release A 4. Press A once. 5. Press Z to fire two or three times to fire while the weapons are changing .

If done correctly , firing the weapon will cause a glitch that leaves a second weapon up as well. If you have the All Weapons Cheat enabled, you can virtually do any combination. If this doesn't work, then, cycle through your weapons forwards twice, backwards twice, then shoot twice.

Hidden Weapon in Train Level

Turn left at the first door in the train. Blow up the two boxes that are stacked on top of each other and you will get either a DD44 or an RC-P90 (if you have any code on).

Extra Multi-Player Stages

Beat the second Severnaya bunker, water cavern and military archive stages in agent mode and they will then be accessable for multiplayer play. Note: Only two to three people can play them, though.

In the facillity stage in multiplayer there is a way to get into the vents. Alls you have to do is go into the bathroom stall where the vent is and stand on the toilet. Then hold R, C-left, Z, and left on the joystick. You will be firing your gun and spinning around. In about 5 seconds you will pop up in the vents.

In order to access the built in cheats in golden eye you must first complete each level within a time in one of the three difficulty levels.

For access to two extra levels in one player mode you need to complete the game in all difficulty settings. When you complete game in Secret Agent you will be able to play the Axtec Complex level. And if you finish the game on 00 Agent you can then play the Egyptian Temple.

A hidden secret about ammo in the stage: TEMPLE
Steps to this secret-
1) Lets say the weapon chosen for this stage is the Proximity Mines,( it works with every weapon, but explosive weapons are a bonus).
2) While playing multiplayer in Temple, go to the main big area up the top, where the big hole in the floor is.
3) Go to where the AR33 ammo is. There should be 2 ammo crates against the wall.
4) Face the ammo. The crate closest to the big hole in the floor is special. Shoot this crate and a crate of Proximity Mines should spawn out of it. ( The ammo in the spawned crate varies to the weapon chosen at the start.) This is great in four player when the opposition hogs the explosive ammo.
